Newcastle Marketing Services approached Solutioneering in January 2009 with a view to establishing a companion 'free' bingo brand to compliment their existing portfolio of pay bingo sites such as Crown Bingo. The entire system needed to be developed from scratch and very specific gameplay requirements needed to be satisfied.
After agreeing the initial project brief we started work on a detailed Requirements Analysis and supporting documentation. Once complete, go-ahead for the development stage of the project was given and a multi-disciplined team was established, which included an off-shore development aspect. The entire project was managed using a combination of Agile/Scrum/eXtreme Development and CASE techniques.
As of July 2010, Woohoo Bingo supports 1000's of active players each night and has 10,000+ followers on FaceBook.
